Maximum Security Prison!

In the corner of our lounge is a colourful four-sided contraption assembled after my mother-in-law Caroline arrived in February. She had bought it for Michele and I as a playpen for Levi, but we view it differently.

It’s the ideal place to chuck Levi in for a few minutes while we fuss over other stuff at home. It means a few minutes away from the little one who can frustrate we young parents at times. It also affords a few minutes of ‘alone time’, away from the madness that is a clingy and screaming child.

Of course, it’s not always meant for Levi as the picture below testifies…
